Where is Chickmate! located? 

Chickmate! is located at 2 Hutchinson Avenue, New Lynn, Auckland 0600. We proudly serve customers across West Auckland and Central Auckland.

What are Chickmate!'s opening hours?

Chickmate! is open seven days a week:

​

• Sunday to Thursday: 11am - 11pm

• Friday and Saturday: 11am - midnight

 

Is there parking available at Chickmate!? 

Yes! Chickmate! has six dedicated free customer car parks accessible from Margan Avenue, along with plenty of additional on-street parking nearby.

Is Chickmate! halal?

Chickmate! strictly guarantees chicken, beef and ingredients used across our menu are 100% halal.

What brands of Chicken does Chickmate! use?

We source our chicken from Brinks, Ingham and Tegel, whom supply halal certified chicken only.

Does Chickmate! use hand cut chicken or machine cut chicken?

Chickmate! uses machine cut chicken.

Does Chickmate! offer vegetarian options?

Yes! Chickmate! offers vegetarian options, including our Herbalicious Burger, which features a vegetarian patty. You can also request our vege patty as a replacement for the chicken or beef in other menu items, giving you more flexibility to enjoy your Chickmate! favourites.

What should I do if an item has been missed from my order?

We do our best to get every order right, but occasionally mistakes happen. If there's an issue with your order, please use the contact form below and include your order details so we can look into the issue and make it right.

How can I order Chickmate! online for pickup or delivery?

You can order Chickmate! online through our website at www.chickmate.co.nz. Simply select our online ordering option, browse the menu and choose either pickup from our New Lynn store or delivery, where available. Ordering online is the easiest way to view the menu and submit your order.

Does Chickmate! take phone orders?

No, Chickmate! does not accept phone orders. We encourage customers to order online through our website for the best ordering experience. This allows you to browse the full menu, select your items accurately and submit your order directly, helping us minimise mistakes and provide a smoother experience for everyone.

Which delivery apps can I use to order Chickmate!?

You can order Chickmate! through Uber Eats and DoorDash. Please note that menu prices on these third-party platforms are approximately 30% higher to help cover the commission fees charged to us by the platforms.

To save on these additional costs, we recommend ordering delivery directly through the Chickmate! website at www.chickmate.co.nz, where delivery is available. This is a more cost-effective way to enjoy your Chickmate! favourites.

Can Chickmate! cater my small / large event?

Chickmate! loves to support local events and businesses where we can, so depending on the size of your catering order we might be able to help out!
